DIPLOMA IN AGRICULTURAL
TECHNOLOGY

Diploma in Agricultural Technology is a 3-year program. The program has 6 semesters and the On the Job Trainings (OJT) of the students will be conducted every end of the semester.

The program prepares the students for the acquisition of competencies and skills needed as technician in domesticated animals and crops. It focuses in care and management of crops, domesticated animals applying effective practices and innovative technologies for successful and sustainable production.

The program includes activities for hoslistic production of plantation crops, lowland and highland vegetables and fruits from seedling production up to post-harvest operation activities. It also includes activities in animal production specifically poultry, swine and ruminants from raising up to market.

Competencies in agroentreprenuership, agricultural crops production, gain production, organic agriculture production, landscape installation and management, animal production, animal health care and management and pest management is included in the program.
