Mt. Carmel Agri-Tourism and Training Center, Inc (MCATTCI) conducted Seedling Production training and handed free seedlings to thirty (30) members of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PFMC) based at San Jose Norte, Manabo, Abra. This is in recognition of the PMCF-Manabo as an active partner of the Technical Skills and Development Authority (TESDA) and MCATTCI in the implementation of various outreach programs.

Mt. Carmel continues this project as part of its Social and Community Services.
