Mt. Carmel Agri-Tourism and Training Center, Inc (MCATTCI) conducted Seedling Production training and handed free seeds and seedlings to thirty four (34) farmers and residents of Brgy. Labaan Bucloc, Abra during the quarterly outreach program of the Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) and Company Advisory Group.

Aside from the seedling production, the Technical Education Skills and Development Authority (TESDA)-Abra also conducted training in baking while the other partner agencies distributed free groceries. Mt. Carmel continues this activities as part of its Social and Community Services.
