Mt. Carmel Agri-Tourism and Training Center, Inc. (MCATTCI) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) conducts Training Induction Program (TIP) for the 20 trainees of Animal Production (Poultry-Chicken) NC II under Special Training for Employment Program (STEP).

The said scholarship aims to equip beneficiaries with the skills needed that can be useful in their search for employment.
