Mt. Carmel Agri-Tourism and Training Center, Inc. (MCATTCI) held a simple graduation ceremony at Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP)-Bucay District to honor the 25 People Deprived of Liberty (PDL) who completed their training on Animal Production (Poultry-Chicken) NC II under Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

The said event was graced by the ever supportive TESDA Provincial Office through Mr. Jujiemar T. Rigor and Ms. Maricon F. Taclaoan.
