The dedicated team of trainers and staff of Mt. Carmel Agri-Tourism and Training Center, Inc. (MCATTCI) took a well-deserved break from the classroom and the office to focus on their own well-being! The recent ADTEMPCO wellness training was a huge success, providing a valuable opportunity for the MCATTCI family to recharge, relax, and refocus. From mindfulness exercises to team-building activities, they explored a range of strategies to prioritize physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and environmental health.

A huge thank you to our amazing facilitator, our Guidance Counselor, Dr. Alda B. Bringas in making this event possible. We’re already feeling the positive impact on our school community!
