203 Diploma in Agricultural Technology (DAT) Students received their National Certificates during their moving up ceremony held at the Mt. Carmel gymnasium on January 13, 2023.

Having completed and passed assessments in their Resultant Qualifications, the trainees received their National Certificates on Agricultural Crops Production (ACP) NC II, Animal Production [Poultry-Chicken] (APP) NC II, Animal Production [Swine] (APS) NC II, Organic Agricultural Production (OAP) NC II, Grains Production [Corn] (GRP) NC II.

These TESDA NC II alone, can help students pursue a career in the industry or even overseas. However, the Diploma in Agricultural Technology is a three-year degree program that focuses entirely on plant and animal technology. The program aims to help students gain a fundamental understanding of agricultural practices and the types of equipment and tools used to grow plants, breed animals and maintain outdoor environments which is a ladder to Bachelor in Agricultural Technology of Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

The said moving up ceremony’s theme was “Kasanayan at Kahusayan, Daan Tungo sa Kinabukasan.” It was attended by their parents, trainers/instructors, faculty and staff of MCATTCI and TESDA who were all happy to witness such once in a lifetime milestone.
