𝐌𝐭. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐥 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢-𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐈𝐧𝐜. (𝐌𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐂𝐈) conducted a Training Induction Program for 𝟖𝟎 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 who are set to train in the qualifications of 𝑨𝒏𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒍 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 (𝑷𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒓𝒚-𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒏) 𝑵𝑪 𝑰𝑰, 𝑨𝒏𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒍 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 (𝑺𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒆) 𝑵𝑪 𝑰𝑰, 𝑫𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑵𝑪 𝑰𝑰 and 𝑩𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒚 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑵𝑪 𝑰𝑰 under the 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏) of the 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐃𝐀).

During the TIP, the scholars were instructed on attendance, behavior, and their roles as TESDA scholars. Additionally, clear expectations and precise information about their benefits were discussed. The training center is excited to support participants as they move through their program and obtain the skills and information required to pursue careers and meaningful employment.
